Some memories are better left untouched.

Ethan was abducted from his front yard when he was just seven years old. Now, at sixteen, he has returned to his family.

It's a miracle . . . at first.

Then the tensions start to build, and his family starts falling apart all over again. If only Ethan could remember something, anything, about his life before, he'd be able to put the pieces back together.

But there's something that's keeping his memory blocked.

Something unspeakable . . .

The concluding post of Haunted Week 2012 will consist of something quite simple: a book review of a scary story. Of course, one may imagine me posting a review of a book review of something scary with supernatural elements, but no.

This book will be one hundred percent terrifying without ghosts, vampires, or zombies. It's just that awesome. Honestly? It screwed with my nerves. Bad. And totally freaked me out.

Epitaph: inscription on one's tombstone, or one's last words. Today I shall quote you the last unspoilery line of five books. Most of them has a tie-in to death, always a theme in Halloween festivities, or at least have something paranormal-ish to it.

Many of us have what are called "skeletons" on our bookshelves. Today I'll be showing off five books that I've had for a while but never got around to reading. But note: because I don't buy books often, these books won't be particularly old. Maybe a few months. Or even weeks. That's it.
Thank you so much for wanting to leave a comment! I read every single one of them, and respond to most of them!

I'm honoured that anyone would want to nominate me for an award, but I just don't have time for that anymore. This blog is award and tag free.
